This was in a box of jewelry left to me by my mom. It is costume jewelry but really nice.
Unfortunately I can't find any name on it.
What so I call it- a necklace? It goes all around almost like a collar.
Any thoughts or a name for it would be appreciated!

I'd would call it a COLLAR or "COLLIER" NECKLACE or FRINGE Necklace.

That's some necklace. 1960s. Here's something very similar from Juliana.

I'd call it spectacular. I can't look at something like that without marveling at all the labor that must have gone into assembling it.

I could just see some 60s fashionista wearing this with some yellow velvet wiggle dress . It is spectacular !

That's begging for a black velvet cocktail dress or better yet burgundy. My first impulse when seeing it was D&E too.

This one (sold) has the same construction:

AND.... this link is to a worthpoint record of sale of the exact same necklace, IDed as a D&E book piece. I don't have access to the book, but I'd say it's pretty well case closed: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/spectacular-vintage-juliana-e-1876591450

If you wind up selling this, you will want to include the information (in your own words) from the Worthpoint link Evelyb quoted.

Your mother's piece seems to be in excellent condition.

Wear it! ! ! In honor of your mother's good taste.

Very soft pale green dress (or darker green than the necklace). Look how it pops

Sometimes collar necklaces are just a little too tight.
They make extenders and I have used short chains doubled to lengthen necklaces.

This bracelet & earrings were also in the box & also unmarked; unfortunately the bracelet is broken into 3 pieces. With the incredible prices for some costume jewelry I'm thinking it's worth getting repaired? Would I take it to a reg jewelry store?
Thanks again for your help - my sister, brother & myself are appreciative.
PS - clutteredcloset, I did model a piece of the bracelet in last photo below to show how huge this thing must have been!

Your modelling is perfect! A hairy wrist makes a bold contrast ;)
Definitely worth a repair, but I don't know if a regular jeweller should work on costume, metal has very different reactions than gold or silver.
Take your time to find on internet with keywords "juliana jewelry restoration" or maybe some costume joolies will have someone to recommend :)

There's an excellent Facebook page for people who repair costume jewellery. Do NOT take it to an ordinary jeweller. I'd actually be inclined to sell it as is, collectors will know who to use.

Same here. If you're not planning on having a family member wear it, sell as is and let a buyer deal with it. If a family member wants to wear it, look for someone who can do laser weld repairs on costume jewelry. That's not a job for a regular silver/goldsmith.

    Sorry - I didn't know you were a guy:shame:.
I don't keep up with who everyone is. Just read and respond to posts.

If you don't want to go out in drag;), may I suggest you try to find someone in the family who would appreciate it.
I'm starting to see some of the younger generation become interested in costume jewelry.

I've used Rhinestone Rosie (in the link from Kyratango), she does excellent work and her prices are very reasonable:)
