    Hello All, I'm always trying to figure out how to go about researching these unmarked pieces. Can you please tell me your thoughts as to age and origin? It's a heavy piece at almost 5 lbs.     @Marie Forjan that bad huh? lol It looks kind of mid century Italian to me. Yes? No? Why? I'm trying to learn what to look for.

    That's no necessarily bad! I don't know if it's Italian, just the bottom looks like it was not made by a company but by a person, but thats JMHO :)

    I don’t know if it’s Italian or how old it is. But I like it and think it’s cool (it has that ‘raw’ primitive vibe to it)

    I think a student pottery piece. Pretty good, but I think the design is an imitation of mcm Italian. :)
