anybody wanna help with the age this Odd Fellows glass paper weight?

    I picked this up today I was able to figure out what the I.O.O.F. and F.L. & T. mean but have no idea how new or old it may be. Are there any paper weight experts around? TIA!

    My guess early 1900s.
    I saw a few listed on ebay and etsy. One person said 1930s, but I think it's a little earlier.
    Prices were from 25 - 225 with none selling.

    That base worries me in terms of it being old.
