Anyone familiar w/ Model Industries Alcatraz California ( Prison Made) furniture?

No photos, but an advertisement for a table said it was made at Alcatraz California and was prison made. I might be seeing it with some other items tomorrow. Anyone know if this prison connection means a lot of extra value (beyond what the table would sell for on its own?) Thanks!

Not too many years/decades ago I believe the federal government still supplied federal agencies/offices with various goods made in federal prisons (and it may still supply some prison-made goods to federal agencies/offices).

So clearly does seem to add some value, prices on those two sold seemed a bit higher than I'd expect.

I'll have to see what this looks like. I'm not really in the market for a table as I mostly sell on Ebay, but let's see exactly what it is and for how much.

If I wind up getting it, will report back.
