Anyone know age of these please

    Hi guys clearing out in-laws and found these but been told I needed to check these out so anyone have any ideas haven't got a pic of bottom but it has foreign written on bottom so any help would really be appreciated and I know it not the done thing on here but a rough price would be really helpful received_679742252615805.jpeg

    The word foreign stamped on the bottom was used by less sophisticated countries between 1893 and 1921. On items for export.

    That is a USA thing.

    Here's another version from the UK

    British trade policy in the days when we had an Empire.

    Goods produced within the Imperial territories were marked as 'Empire made', to distinguish them from 'Foreign' goods.

    It had nothing to do specifically with Germany, but resulted from a policy known as 'Imperial preference'. This continued in a different form during the Commonwealth years, but was brought to an abrupt halt when we joined the EU in 1973.
