Featured Anyone know these hallmarks (not my pendant)

Saw this on Youtube and I bet someone knows whodunnit, or at leastwheredunnit. It's a 60s blister pearl pendant in 18k gold or better.



It's up for sale already here. He's probably drumming up business or trying to.

Never seen marks like that. A pity he didn't take a close up of the marks...
Anyway, I don't see a blister pearl but rather a "coque de nacre"

Same here; I just didn't have a better name for it. I was thinking maybe Saudi marks. He was thinking India, but the pendant doesn't feel like Indian work to me. The marks don't match either, but what I'm seeing are modern marks and it's a vintage pendant.

 

I magnified it and saw an '8' but couldnt make out the rest.

 

I saw this yesterday and wondered about the marks too.

 

It doesn’t look indian in style, but don’t forget Indian goldsmiths make for the uae market. I’ve got pieces bought there. Although I’d have expected a uae mark. The elephant was used on some Indian silver.

Harper is awful.

 

He knows watches at least, and does well as a presenter. His taste in trousers and modern art leave something to be desired.
