    I agree with Komo, Indonesia bone lime container, used in chewing betel nut. It may not have actually been used though, since many are sold to tourists as popular souvenir items.

    Its posible that figure is lega congo culture? I saw many similar, in this position, legs, hands, but I dont know

    The trouble with newer tribal carvings...one can start to look like another cuz they are banged out so fast for the tourist trade.
