Anyone know this silverplate mark?

I got these for nothing much at a rummage sale. I don't think they're anything in particular, but I don't know much about plated flatware. If you know whodunnit, where should I look for a pattern name besides Replacements?

It's European, probably German. The "60" is a grading indicator for the amount of silver used in the plating.

I figured it was European. I guess a name isn't going to happen, but it could be worse.

Is that a D inside the triangle?

Yep. A D and stars in the angles.
