Anyone know what the Spode pattern name is? How old?

Hello all! I pick up this small plate and shallow bowl at an auction recently. I know it's Spode but would like to confirm that it is early Spode. I have found the pattern online but can't seem to find a name (I looked in Replacements but can't locate). I found this info: "In about 1822 Spode introduced an adapted stone china recipe called “New Stone.” This white ceramic heralded a move towards more occidental designs and continued in production after 1833 when the business was bought by Copeland and Garrett."- spodeceramics.com. What do you think date-wise these two are? There does appear to be writing on one that might indicate 1840s? Any info appreciated! :)
