Anyone know what these tiny images are

    Does anyone know information on these? They are on very thin paper. They appear to be woodblocks maybe? With gold gilt Painted. They were framed in a newer frame I guess it is just bugging me why someone would frame these little things.     Agree, Indian textile prints, minus frames. Decorative, but not specifically for Westerners. I have seen them in Hindu homes around here as well.
