Anyone know what this symbol is?

    Hello,

    I have this badge/tie pin, what i know is that its made of silver with gold plating on the clip. However I have no idea what the symbol means, does anyone know?

    I think it could be found in an image search. I tried it and mostly came up with tie bars.

    If someone (smarter than me) can isolate the circular part, I think it might yield results.
