Anyone recognize the makers mark on these pottery bookends?

    The glaze on these reminds me of that on the old art pottery tiles. Any ideas of who made these?

    It might be a test piece. The MUL GL might be Mulberry Glaze.

    Thanks for that I bet you are right about the Mulberry Glaze. So no one has a guess on maker

    Test glazed and forms are tough. Since most never made it into production they can be very tough to identify.
