Anyone Recognize This Dangle?

    This is not my piece; it's from a facebook jewelry ID page. Everyone is stumped on it, so I thought I'd post it here. I checked out flipping treasures dangles pages, and I don't see it there anywhere.

    Looks like they were assembled by hobbyist,there are hundreds of them out there.The maker's stamps are affordable for most anyone.

    A really good point, thank you. I was so focused on the tag, I didn't even think about them being hobbyist made, but they sure look like it.

    Premier Designs? Or is there another maker with a similar name?

    Premier Designs' mark is the PD in the olive branch with a crown on top.
