Might be uranium glass but I don’t have a black light to check. Anyone know the maker/pattern? Underplate measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter, mayo compote measures 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall.
    Thanks so much!

I'd call it Elegant glass of the Depression era. this was hand made, not machine made. Far better finish, etc. Also Sterling. No one put sterling on Depression wares.

    Bluumz, that's very pretty!

@DragonflyWink may be able to tell you who did the silver work.

Elegant glass... I like that! I'm not a glassie, that's a new term for me.
So, even when pieces have seams, like these do, they can still be hand made?

    Thanks!

Hand made in a mold, molds confer seams that can be firepolished so as to be less intrusive, but still its' all hand work.

    Oooh, thanks!
Would this mean that my set is Duncan & Miller, too, or could it be anybody who simply used the same silver decorator?

Many companies bought glass from multiple different companies & then added silver overlay, gold encrusting, needle etching, cutting, etc. of their own design.

I found a matching item from an Etsy seller but he/she has no specific info and just states, "Estimated to be from the 1930s".

That "stirrup" shaped handle ought to ID the cake tray.
