Hello everyone! Seeing the Gladstone bottle reminded me of this one I've had sitting in the kitchen. I've been trying to decide if it's worth trying to salvage or not. It may have sick glass and the poor thing broke her nose (I'm assuming in a bar fight). The glass appears to have been very thin. She measures a little over 12" high and her bust measurement is about 14 1/4". Any help on her identity would be much appreciated! Thanks much!

The Italy clue was very helpful. I think the gentleman on the eBay listing might be Giuseppe Garibaldi and the lady might be his wife Anita.

I doubt Garibaldi because he is usually depicted with more of a beard and a scarf tied around his neck. The red scarf was his rallying call. Here is a glass Garibaldi bust decanter:

The man in the pair might be one of the Kings of Italy such as Victor Emmanuel II or III or Umberto I.
Victor Emmanuel II, reign 1861-1878, wife: Adelaide of Austria
Umberto I, reign 1878-1900, wife: Princess Margherita of Savoy; reign
Victor Emmanuel III, reign 1900-1946, wife: Elena of Montenegro

Thank you, Susan. I forgot all about Italy having a king at one time. Still not sure whether to keep or toss though considering the damage.
