Anyone Recognize This Rider An' Mount? What is '83'?

    ~1 3/8" X ~7/8", stamped, with the '83' tab added, near as I can see; apparently gold plated, perhaps on silver? The Grecian key hints at Hellenic origin, but it's certainly a modern reproduction...of, maybe, a famous sherd? Is he Poseidon...on a mythical 'sea-horse'? Your considered comments are eagerly sought once again...an' as always, thanks for lookin'!
