Anyone recognize this symbol on plate?

It is a blue and white plate, it measures 7 1/2" across and on the back it seems to be one symbol. I don't know if it a makers mark or what. It doesn't seem to be to very old, and under magnification their is no dot matrix. If someone recognizes the marking on plate please let me know.

    Southeast Asian, but who made it, I dunno.
