Anyone recognize this writing found underneith 17th Century armoire?

    The writing appears to be in chalk and is found underneath the armoire. Not sure which photo of the writing is upside down or right side up so I posted one of each.

    Unfortunately I only have 2 other photos of the furniture at the moment, both are fairly poor quality and were taken inside the Southern New Mexico thrift store where I purchased it for 75 dollars. I don't know much else about it other than it appears to be rather old and hand crafted.

    It does resemble some hebrew writing......poorly scripted..

    Perhaps the scribe was the same person who was dishing out the mg`s and taken some themselves.
