Approx. age and information of Cameo ring?

    Hi all,

    I'm new here, but just picked up a lovely wee cameo ring and would love some information about it. I would love it if someone could be able to help me? Maybe Identify the figure or the age of the ring.

    Helmet shell cameo; pretty lady who is no one in particular; probably 1950s; cameo Italian, probably set elsewhere.

    You posted the image just fine, although we would like to see the shoulders of the ring.

    Thank you very much!! That's super exciting, I managed to snag such a lovely ring for a great deal. I'm from New Zealand so probably was set here, and we don't have too much super old, old jewellery.

    I've attached some more pictures of the ring below - is in 9ct gold which is lovely. It sits beautifully on my thumb I think.
