    I would think it is a recent recycled glass bottle from Valencia, Spain similar to these. (Typically they come with a cork.)

    I concur that it is a current decorative bottle.
    Whether from Spain I don't know. Could be China.

    Good point. They were originally made in Spain but China knocks off everything these days.
