Ardleigh Elliot Russian Fairy tale Music Box Series- Anyone speak Russian?

Hello O Wise Ones!
I got roped into yet another yard sale assist, and got stuck with this little porcelain trinket box. From blind Googling, I know it's a 1991 Ardleigh Elliot and Sons Russian Fairy Tale Music Box Series, but I can not identify the scene or characters, nor the melody it plays. I am hoping someone can translate the bottom for me. Thank you for your help!.. and sorry for the quick and dirty scan rather than a lovely cropped smartphone photo! I'm in a rush.
