Featured Argenta lacquer tray with 925 handles --ever heard of this company?

Probably pressing my luck putting this under "silver", but it does have silver handles.

Has anyone heard of this company? This is clearly a modern piece, but just trying to sort out what is what, plus if anything is missing on that attached piece.

I found two other sales, not this exact piece but seems to be same maker. One of these days I should sign up for Live Auctioneers, if anyone can see the selling price let me know.

Do you think this attached piece is missing something, or even original?

 

The selling prices for those two items are given as $200 and $250.

 

Argenta means silver in Italian. Not sure it's a brand.

The tagua nut is native to South America,maybe that is a clue to origin.

 

Something in my head says this is Argentinian.
