Okay, here goes! I hit "Post Reply" before anything was put together at all! Plus the title was messed up.

Ahem! This little teapot has been hiding in a box waiting for help. 5 1/2" tall, 6" top of the spout to the point of the handle. Google lens gives me Shelley, Meakin, Noritake, etc.
Any help greatly appreciated, as always!

I love the style of it with the outlining of the edges.

I wonder if it may be an individual coffee pot?

Surprised there are no references to Clarice.

Doesn't look to be her style to my inexpert eyes.

It's got that pointy art deco style that some of Cliff's pieces fall into. Also strong primary colours. A bit less colourful than a lot of her work but she did some plain stuff too

    :joyful:
That shape, a quirky and fun take on Art Deco, is very Clarice Cliff imo. Everything she designed was charming and tongue in cheek.
Linda's piece is classic Art Deco.

Okay. Maybe my assessment was a little naive. I can see now that she takes the rigidity and stiffness of the art deco style and bends it. A bit of a poke at conformity perhaps? Never saw it that way before
