Is anyone familiar with this mark? Would love to figure out who made this.

This is the pin in question, believe it was my Grandmothers.

That is a maker's mark, Quest, not a hallmark. A hallmark is a government controlled mark that guarantees that it is precious metal.

Looks like a US maker to me, so we'll have to wait for our US joolies.
