Oh, wow, I have what I think is the square vase on the WMF Ikora page (the sixth item from the top). It was my mother's and, like most things I grew up with, I never thought much about it. It's packed away somewhere so some day I'll find it!

Glad I could help. That square one is pretty nice. I would like to add a piece of Ikora to our collection.

 

If memory serves (from years ago), it's a substantial piece of glass, heavy with relatively thick walls. I have no idea if it has any damage... hope not!

If/when I locate it, I'll be happy to post a pic. Could take a long time, though, with the rate at which I'm going through my mom's things.

How did you get those....way too many things , in the 1st place !!!

 

Some I collected, some my mother gave me over the years, and many I inherited from her. She was an artist with a taste for a wide variety of beautiful and interesting things and a bit of a pack rat, so it's an eclectic mix.

 

I have about 120 pieces of Art glass in a small house. I need to sell of some before I add more to the clutter...I mean collection.
