Art Glass paperweight signed R S 88

Any thoughts on this little 4" black glass with gold infused? paperweight.
I thought it might be Rebecca Stewart but she signs here whole name.

Here's another one with the same signature. Seller seems to think Rebecca Stewart. Unfortunately doesn't show a photo of the sig.

I'm thinking maybe it's Randy Strong. The letters look the same anyway.
