Art Nouveau? Clear Glass Vase with Silver Overlay

    I need some help with this vase, please. It looks vaguely familiar. It's 5 3/8" tall. The curvy rim is folded inward and it has raised ovals surrounded with heavy silver overlay along with V's in between. Pontil is polished smooth. It has a good bit of shelf wear on the bottom and glows a dusky yellowish color under UV light.

    Any thoughts on age or origin or keywords to search would be very helpful.
