Featured Art Nouveau wall tile?

Hi all,is this beautiful tile art nouveau? And antique? It’s 32cm x 28cm and about 2,5cm thick. It’s weights about 11kg (but it’s got a piece of concrete stuck to it) Thank you for any comments.

 

Certainly could be with the whiplash motif. Lovely. Shame you have just the one. Curious as to the overall design.

I think it is older than Art Nouveau, it is too thick to be Art Nouveau period. I don't see a whiplash motif, but the knotted end of a ribbon, possibly of a sort of garland.

Yes, it would have been part of a tile tableau, or maybe even an entire tiled wall, in the Dutch tradition. Sideways is possible.
