Artefact consult

Here and other question, maybe very dificult?
Its a strange artefact here, found in a site of s. XIX late. but I dont know what is?

Maybe mayolic paste, and vitrificate, maybe part of some construction material?

Hello again, Octaviano. What is the size, and on what kind of site was it found? I assume it was in Argentina?
A kind of mortar, like a metate, to grind something oily?

 

Hello, the size is 40 cm +-, but not mortar, here in argentina, used in other sites stone, but not like this. The site is with garbage urban archaeology late s.XIX

 

It looks like part of a drainage system for the roof of a house.
