Artist named E.L. Lowe or Low

    I acquired this oil on canvas a number of years ago. The piece is signed E.L.Low or Low, not sure. I was wondering if anyone knew something about this artist. It is also signed 1873. The work measures 24" x 16". Thanks in advance for your help.

    It looks, to me, like E.L. Lowe, 1873....but doesn't mean I couldn't be wrong!!
