Artist Signature help from around 1906

I need help in identifying this artist. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you. But, I think the first letter is "P" and if one look closely at the letter that look like a "R" in it might be a "P"

 

I will have to visit my locker later today and take some pictures

 

Also, there's a "C P" after the last name. I have no ideal what that mean

 

Looks like P Carter 1905 to me.
I don't know if the date makes sense, since I haven't seen the painting.

 

Could you also post a photo of the C P?

Can you show the entire painting, Stan? It's sometimes easier to track down the right artist, like a "Carter" if similar style works are located.
