Asian Art Identification Assistance

    I am interested in identifying the artist from asian painting attached. I have been able to identify the paper as rice. I understand one of the seals is covered by the artist during the development process. Maybe it was intentionally, but it's difficult to get a clear photo.

    I have attached the seals and a picture of the art. Any "meaningful" feedback is appreciated.
