Asian Drawing on Woven Material

    A2.jpg A3.jpg A4.jpg A5.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg a9.jpg A1.jpg A2.jpg This is a framed Asian Drawing on a Woven Material. The drawing is 6.5 x 9 inch
    The frame is 10.5x13.5 inch
    It is not a print
    It is signed but the writing is difficult to see
    It is either Chinese or Japanese
    This drawing is 1 of 2.
    Anybody know anything regarding it's origin or age ?

    It is signed but the writing is difficult to see

    more so , on only thumbnails......:meh:

    The subject is a Chinese scholar or official, wearing a type of hat called a Wu Sha Mao.

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    It IS VERY difficult to actually see the background, with so much of the ROOM background reflecting onto to the image!!! I've blown up what I think is part of the actual background without reflection, but just not positive....part of the frame is showing on the right....
