It is charming. It is Chinese, btw, not Japanese like the worthpoint listing says.
@Couch Potato Wannabe , @JayBee , could you help with the text please?:)
    That is possible.

Chinese, yes. Print, not original painting, thus the serial number.

13262304_1.jpg This is a series of 6 individual Chinese paintings all in one elaborate presentation. They date back 100 years or more. The paintings portray beautiful women of the old days, wearing elegant gowns and jewels in their hair. Three of them have sentences in Chinese characters. One translates as "the sound of flower in the small building." Another is "the sound of the jade XIAO is far away." (XIAO is an old Chinese instrument). Both these lines are from old Chinese poems. The beauty of the scenes is matched by the ornate frame. Each section has inner borders in red weave pattern, with beaded outer portion in gold. The rest is black, with natural wood grain pattern, and gold painted ornamentation. * Medium: Watercolor and ink on paper or silk
    Image size: Each painting is 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches
Framing: In wood frame painted red, black and gold, with cut-through designs
    Frame size: 44 x 36 1/2 inches
Conditions: Paintings are excellent; frame has chips, and crack on top center decoration
