Asian ? Metal Disc Thing

    IMG_5590.JPG Sorry for the one and only photo and its bad quality.
    Metal disk, possibly iron, about 3" wide. There is also a shallow tray it goes into. Both sides have stylized embracing figures. The little dots are the eyes and the mouths.
    To me it looks like they maybe forming characters seen on Chinese coins. Or maybe not...
    Any clue?

    Hm, could be. The disc has design on both sides so I don't know..
