    Hi,

I hope everyone stayed safe and out of the path of Dorian.

My first thought was antique, low-grade silver, Chinese import piece but then I kept looking at it and I see other things on this that lead me in other directions. I gotta do the scratch test again for metal content but nothing magnetizes. Thank you in advance

    What do you guys think?

Komo is right, it is Lebanese. With those earclips they are not antique. I think mid 20th century.
The Lebanese are very proud of their ancient cedars, and rightly so. My father often worked in the Lebanon in the 60s and I have a few gold cedar pendants.
The cannetille work is similar to Palestinian cannetille, like on this bracelet:

My father always loved it there, and had good friends. He was devastated when much of Beirut was destroyed during the civil war in the 1970s, and kept in touch with his friends as much as he could. Happily they survived.

I didn't, but why not? We have a lot of Ghanaians here too, they and the Senegalese seem to travel more than other other Sub-Saharan Africans.
