Asian Old tea cup + saucer?

    Welcome @Kiwifruit . It is Chinese, 20th century. Others may be able to find the maker and more exact period for you. To help them I flipped your photo so the mark is the right way up.:)

    Looks like a tributary mark : Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi - "Guangxu period (1875-1908)

    Both marks are off centre, which means a bit later.

    What does it mean, generally, if mark is off centre @Any Jewelry?

    If a Chinese mark is placed off centre, it usually means it is 20th century.
