Auction today full of pretty things ... enamel boxes and fancy porcelain

Just sharing some pretties going up for sale today at a local auction. Two of my favorites are the enamel box shaped like a pickle and the black and gold Mintons urn. Here's the link to the whole auction so you can see the other 460-plus lots

Was there a hook for a 'hangar' for that pickle?? I've seen them as Christmas Tree ornaments.....although the one you posted looks like it has some age to it!!!!! And you didn't mention size.....NOW, I'll go take a peek at the other stuff!!!!!

Nah, It just started ... by the time I got ready and drove there, they'd be half through it (I'm NOT a morning person). I might watch online though.

Did you see the old Christmas pieces? (I thought of you as I was paging through the lots of these)

 

I was looking at a different catalogue, the one for tomorrow. I just looked at the one for today, wow, some fabulous items! I love the Santa on the Polar Bear

 

Wow ... so far, the lots aren't even reaching the low estimates.
