Audrey Hepburn Italian made vintage trading card

A rare find in my collection. It is a rare vintage trading card. I bought this from the previous owner about 6 months ago. He could only state that it was purchased in Italy by him many many years ago, but could not recall the original year of issue, he definitively knew it was the 1950’s, and it is for sure one of her tougher card issues to come across in this relatively nice condition especially.

I have tried to do some of my own research and have come up with little info so far. I know the card is based off the 1952 photo I have it posted with, but so far cannot nail down the cards release. It presumably could be 1952, but I found similar, not exact, issues from 1956 and 1958. So I do not have an official on this one yet, just that it is most certainly the 1950’s.

(I wonder if anyone in Antiquers has seen this card before?)
