Baby Head Trinket dish/Wall Plaque

I just purchased this beauty on eBay about a week ago. The seller did not know much about her except she said she wondered if it was Wedgewood, although it is not marked as such. I have searched all over the Internet trying to find information on this item. She does have a few flaws, but that does not matter to me as I love the peace for what it is and do not want to sell it. I love her and I would love to know more! Does anyone have any knowledge, or any kind of info to give me on my dish ? Anything would be helpful.
