I only have one, but I’m just in awe of the patience it would take to make this.
Would try to find it’s mate. Any possible search terms other than basket woven earring?
    Thank you for reading.
For info I live near nez pierce and coeur d’alene tribes.

Very pretty. If you can't find its mate, you can wear it as a pendant on a chain.

A dreamcatcher has a web, and often a single bead representing Grandmother Spider. A feather hangs from the center, to guide good dreams to the sleeper below. Bad dreams get trapped in the web, and evaporate in the morning light.

Might also be pine needles - can't really tell from the picture...

I'd say pine needle basketry; and the web-like design is called a "Tenerife" style rosette. The tenerife refers to the Canary Islands (thanks to Taupou for what I remember of this) which was the original source of basketry styles adopted by several US Native tribes. As mentioned, the styles have been so widely used that one cannot say that a particular item is or is not native-made, unless one happens to have some provenance.
I've never seen beadwork added to the rosette....but there are a lot of things I've never seen.

Here are a few images that turned up in a search for "pine-needle basketry Tenerife earrings"

Thank you for all the information. I really appreciated the bead work also. Very intricate. With all the information, I like it even more now. I’m very happy with having found this, regardless of not being the most valuable item, I’ll find some use for it. Thanks all!

Interesting. I know Tenerife style from delicate lace with simple, radiating rosettes, but it looks great in basketry as well.

And I was unaware of the lace! I suspect one influenced the other, but wouldn't know which came first, lace or baskets. Hard to say; both lace and basketry are quite old arts.
Here are some examples of Tenerife-style basketry patterns:

    Beautiful, especially the second one.
    Yes they are.
I looked Tenerife lace up in my grandmother's old needlework book. It says it was introduced by the Spanish and based on traditional Spanish 'sol' (sun) lace. So in this case the lace came first.
Tenerife was colonized by the Spanish in 1496, after a two year war against the local Guanche king.

Sol lace was also introduced in other colonies, in Paraguay it is called 'nanduti'.
This is nanduti lace from Paraguay:
