    The painting is about 9x11". Does anyone know which Carpenter the artist is?

    I'm afraid even the description "Beach/Lighthouse" points toward a decorative painting. Here's one and a Google search will bring up many, many more.

    The size of the boat vs the size of the lighthouse is way off. Certainly not done by a trained professional. Factory art.

    Agree. But more pleasing than most. Late 1970s/early 1980s from the look of it.
