Beautiful Bowl (Identification Request)

    Hello, I picked up this bowl at an estate sale and was wondering if anyone could identify where / when it was made by the markings and patterns. Not sure what the medal is. but its dimensions are: 5 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    It is a tinned copper bowl, most likely from Persia/Iran or Afghanistan. Qajar dynasty.
