Beautiful glass carafe trying to ID

    Hey folks! Happy weekend :)

    I bought this carafe/decanter with two shot glasses, but haven't had luck to find anything similar. Google is not helpful at all this time :(
    I like it a lot, very unique in my opinion. Any ideas where, who, when...? :)

    Quite heavy glass. Height with stopper approx. 24 cm (9.5 inches). Height of a glass approx. 9,5 cm (3.7 inches).
