Beautiful painting w/unusual artist name - anyone heard of KBA?

    I found this painting today at a thrift store - I love the look but can't find anything on the artist's signature KBA - is it a artist or a art school or something?
    Thoughts on painting?

    It is a little too pink but still a cool painting imho. :)

    Kinda strange looking 'peeps' in that signature corner.......Not being negative...it's almost iridescent ???? And yet parts of the lower look like snow/Christmassy.......? I blew it up a bit to see what else might be in it....

    As I was going through the thrift stores with my sister, I made the comment about a picture that that looks like something Journeymagazine would buy. She gave me a strange look. I look at all the paintings that way now!
