Featured Bev Etsate Zuni Earrings Coral?

I found these in a charity shop today.
Do you think they are coral? I’ve looked online but I can only see bangles in this pattern and none this colour.

I think it might be spiny oyster instead of coral.

 

Ah, yes, you could be right. I was thinking coral but also thinking maybe not, I didn’t think of spiny oyster.

 

Shell was my first reaction too; I couldn't think of the name spiny oyster for some reason.

Very nice!! They are quite pretty. I did a quick search and Bev Etsate made the corn in turquoise and mother of pearl as well. She repeated this motif in earrings, cuffs, pins, rings, and necklaces.
