Bhutanese Kapala and Kangling

I purchased a Kapala and Kangling on a trip to Bhutan a few years ago and I'm thinking about selling. Any ideas on where to sell something like this? I don't think eBay allows bones.

 

EBay does allow bone as long as you can identify what kind, ie. cow or buffalo bone.

 

They are human, so not allowed. After doing research it seems you can sell legally everywhere except states GA, TN, LA

Within the past month, I have sold on eBay two Tibetan calvarium kapalas (upper part of the skull) & two damarus (a drum made from enjoined calvarium kapalas). Full skull kapalas are not allowed on eBay nor Etsy.
