Biscuit Barrel - Looking for Age and Descriptive Terms

    Hello everyone! I've got this biscuit barrel and I'm not sure where to start in researching it. It stands about 5 1/2" tall. Bottom is unmarked. I think it's English or Continental but don't know where to go from there. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Too small for biscuits, I'd say. Late 19th, early 20th.
