Bisque Santa candle holder can't find who made it & how old?

    I think the red, bright green and black have been repainted. The "holder" part doesn't match those colors at all.

    Looking again, I see that the green on the holder is also slopping onto the red. White underneath. A complete re-paint job? A hobbyist thing?
