    hi folks

something else i picked up the other day. bob had a collection of them (all dates and ages and usage)

although this one looks to be unused, i still think its got 'some' age to it (and my favourite of the bunch),

think i've found the manufacturer, but as they state they use the same molds that they have for generations so probably not that easy to tell

don't know if the germany mark on it is helpful to the dating or not

    any help appreciated

the detailing is obviously not old wear, so theres a bit of trickery going on......so the jury way open ;)

It is a beauty, unusual with that 'earthy' black.
Not very old, but made traditionally from an old mold. In this case that is good enough for me.:)

yeah i think i shoulda gone with one of the older looking used white ones now (very basic designs....with like an acorn or such on)

but like i mentioned old and very used

i suppose they were very easily broken, and these were still intact, so might have a look back at some time ;)

i'm hoping the germany on mine ties in with the ol import rulings......but thinking about that....does that even apply to todays standards

the shape seems to tie in with all that quite nicely, seems to curve going into the turn of the century/early 20th

now why couldn't i have found one of these bad boys :woot:

i do love that narrow shape to them
